Island Training Solutions began operations in 2006 and has provided various trainings to private and public sector clients, with a focus on staff development and staff compliance training. Owned and operated by respeceted business leader, Mr. James Arenovski, Island Training Solutions has the unique understanding of the workforce dynamics specific to the CNMI and Guam markets. As a Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI), Island Training Solutions serves as the Regional Partner for AHLEI and the exclusive training partner with the Latte Training Academy. Leveraging his expertise in the area of business, ITS also provides training towards certifications within the Latte Training Academy's Business certification programs. 

The Latte Training Academy is a proud partner with the Guam Marianas Training Center (GMTC), the region's exclusive training provider for curriculums through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) and the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA). The certification courses include trainings to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Biller, Certified Medical Coder, and Certified Phlebotomist. These courses provide participants with the ability to engage in hands-on clinical practice as part of the course with various industry partners.

As part of this partnership, the Latte Training Academy has delivered the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute's Skills, Tasks And Results Training (START) certification to over 150 Saipan seniors and juniors since 2014. Our partnership has allowed the a number of Saipan high school students to equip themselves with the skills and knowledge they need to enter into the CNMI's prized tourism workforce.
